Return Policy

Right of Return

Customers have the right to return a product within 14 days of delivery, provided that the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Returns will not be accepted after this period unless the product is defective.

Defective Product

If a product breaks down or proves to be defective within 30 days of delivery, we will accept the return or replace the item free of charge. The defect must be documented with photographs submitted together with the return request.

Return Process

To initiate a return, the customer must:

1. Send an email to support@sensocario.com
2. Attach photos of the product
3. Describe the issue or reason for the return

Once we receive the return request, we will provide the return address by email.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective.

Refund

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
